LoanCAD was founded by the architects of the two largest residential mortgage warehouse lending platforms.
Sean Neuffer (JPM) and 
Jonathan Braus (Credit Suisse/Atlas SP) encountered similar challenges - a fragmented ecosystem, rigid third party apps, legacy internal tools, and the use of Excel for critical processes - and were building similar platforms to solve them.
